What this Frame???Help!!

I buy this frame to collect a bicycle for myself in a collection, but I cannot understand which year and manufacturer I think it is Miyata because the frame's feather are iron and power true is aluminium to tell what kind of animal it is??
I bought it already painted.

I'd guess koga miyata. I would try to remove the white paint carefully to see what is underneath. Are the main tubes metal under the paint? Could they be carbon?

under the paint you can see white and lime pipes combined steel and aluminum

And in what color should it be, how to paint ?? Do you have a photo of the original?

If its alluminum and steel then it could be an Elevation. Im no expert though so hopefully Elev12k will be along soon

First impression is Miyata, second is not. The headtube is different. Japanese though.
