First impression is Miyata, second is not. The headtube is different. Japanese though.
I want I need to restore this one. I need information on painting and equipping it with a frame to let you know about it.

If you do it for the money, it's not worth much. Old bonded frames are heavy and only interesting for collectors if they're original.
