Jonny69 Senior Retro Guru Oct 22, 2015 #3 Yep, they are 1930s centre pulls. Two sets just sold on eBay as auctions this week, as it goes, and there was another set on BIN so they might be fairly common. Put in a search for vintage brakes and you'll find them.
