What size Dale for me HELP

I'm looking for a cad 3/4 dale and I'm 6ft or 1.89m what frame size do I need?

I'm a similar height and riding between 58 and 60cm with a short-ish stem due to my short arms and itchy arse.

*and fabulous supermodel legs

**and I can 'wrap' myself around a smaller TT style bike with just as much comfort.

Do you reckon I'd get away with a c-c 57 ? I'm pretty average stats wise

'Dale road frames are pretty good, I miss my R600, it fitted pretty well.
