What is this, whats it worth?

I'm usually lurking on the Road section of the forum and freely admit I know nothing about BMX but a mate has got this BMX frame.

Rickman Racing, fully chromed. Reynolds 531 fork stays and frame tubes 120,000psi strength, Dia Compe rear caliper, Yamamoto BB and a Tioga headset. Frame number would suggest 1984? Looks like a quality frame to me, are they any good and what would it be worth?
