If those forks are original spec, Quadra 21's, then its an RTS-2 with a hideous paint job. Stem isnt original as it came with a black KORE Elite.

Are you sure it is a RTS-2 - looks like the back end is steel which I thought only came on the RTS-3?

the first models in 1993 were RTS 1 and 2 and both had steel back end .
