Rojo - you have to have the shitest luck of anyone I know!!! Keep your chin up mate, I've gone through some bad times recently myself and I feel for you buddy, try to think positive and you will come out the other side a stronger happier person, more grateful of the good times, and there will be good times!!!!

Anyway, karma bike? I've got a few spare bits loitering in my shed, shall we, the Retrobike community, put a spec sheet up and get Rojo riding again? I think we should....

Thanks for support guys, i do have a bike that i am riding good to get out. I was just saying that i wish i could of be doing a little project to take my mind off everything. It is depressing at the moment. The bath is f~~~~d so great :cry: :cry:

Take heart things will im sure start to look up,luck has a habit of doing things that way

My advice is make sure you do the lottery,when it changes you could do well

And i agree with Ross,some bits and pieces are needed to help you recover.

Well as thought bath is screwed, so got to take it out. but to do that got to take tiles off aswell. We are thinking off getting rid of bath and just putting a big shower tray in, as no one uses the bath. Anyone now the cheapest place to get tiles, shower tray etc???

Cool think we will have to go there over weekend. Plumber mate said that most his customers by there stuff online now, as they can get it so much cheaper then what he can get.

Never remove a bath as it can affect resale. Seems daft but its true. It can put people off knowing that they will then have to fit one.

I moved into a 3 bed flat[all 4 me] it didnt have a bath only a shower,it sat on the market for ages and we got it for a reasonable price
I'd heard removing a bath was a bad thing as many people love it so much.

I hear what you guys are saying, but we are happy here and don't want to leave. I hate and i mean hate having to get in and out of a bath for a shower. i will see what the wife says but think she is the same.
