Never heard a Pace called a BSO before!

Mud, rust and canti brake juices (that grayish stain running from your brakes) and accessories, ie pads, bags, decals from back when.
A rider.

Depending on the bike:

Polished lugs.
Fluted Campagnolo cranks.
Fillet brazing.
Bi-plane fork crowns.
Bull-moose bars.
Suntour XC-Pro.
Kashimax Aero saddles & variants.
Hutch beartraps.

The smell of pledge and a garage floor under the NOS tyres. Dirt is over-rated.
