He can't be John Peel,as he had good taste in music.
I'm not John Peel but he did play the odd bit of hardcore on his show. Deacon Boombastardizer- Electric Pantyhose being one I remember.

I have impeccable taste in music, as everything else. :)

Did he not play any Exxentric Welly-tiger eyes 3000?

If you can make this stuff up, so can I.

apart from the obvious.

I'll go first.

Diesel Locos of the 50's and 60's. 8)

al.

All of them? Even those iffy North British ones that were forever needing tinkering with?

Big fan of pretty much anything 50s/60s and railway (closures aside!) here, so much so I have an unfinished 00-gauge layout set in said era (pic of classic 50s signalbox I built here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/60525/3506 ... 7767252494) !

Nice box!

The ones that breakdown are the best.

Class 45,46..... 55 Deltics. I'm not an expert or owt!! I just like 'em.

I even have a soft spot for early Units. The sounds and smells of a Diesel loco working hard is one of lifes beautiful things.

Nowt better than the sound of a 37 pulling away up an incline under load.... :D
