never heard of Campagnolo making tubes .
think he means colnago as the period super frame used columbus tubing that was butted 6/10
if the top and down tube have fluting on them similar to the modern gilco tubed colnagos it may,just maybe a mexico as this was the same tubing but fluted,in which case buy it for the frame
as for the wheels,think they are by gipemmne(bit of a campagnolo clone with the paired spokes)
if its a colnago super its probably worth £150 for the frame if its in good condition but make sure the lugs and bottom brackets are stamped colnago or have the cloverleaf cut out or stamp
