what cassette ?

hello retro people
i have 24 36 46 rings on front of my ride
what cassette do think i should use xt about £30 new !?
what sized i dont ride up mountains so wount need super granny sizes
some one said road cassettes are good to lighter to

Depends what rear mech you are using.... And whether it's 7,8 or 9-speed.

24-36-36 suggests 7 or 8.

If it's not a short-cagerear mech I'd go for 12-28.
