Doctor: I've got some good news and some bad news.
You: Can I have the good news first.
Doctor: We've been able to name a disease after you...

Acute bursitis?

I had it and it bloody hurts. The only thing to do is rest, and lots of it. I ignored this advice and ended up with a swelling the size of an orange and my arm inflamed between my lower forearm and my shoulder. Part of my "growing up process" where at the tender age of 31 I've started listening to Doctors advice.

Yep it's Acute bursitis and it does bloody hurt.

I am right handed but that's my left arm as it's a reflection in the car window.

Went for a 13mile ride around Malham on Sat with Beavis and Brocklanders but didn't notice anything, nor on Sunday.

Woke up Mon about 6am with my left arm at right angles.

Funny thing it's mine and the Mrs's 7th wedding anniversary today so thought she had wacked me but she denied it.

I will leave it's name up to you guys.
