Currently in the process of moving retrobike onto a newer faster server. Unfortunately there may be the odd unavoidable outage to the site during this period so please bear with us.

It would also be useful if users could avoid posting in the gallery over the next few days. As of this morning (friday 22nd) I cannot guarantee any new items will be migrated.

any chance we could reduce the amount of time between when you can perform a search now we are on a faster server? no other forum im on makes you wait as long as this one between searches

That is indeed an anti DoS measure. Will look into the timings.

Yeah, had hoped the server move and upgrade to the back end software would improve matters. It hasn't. This is the next big thing on my 'to do' list for the site. :?
