Wanted - Tiny London commuter for a 5ft person

Trying to help my friend in London who needs a bike for commuting and general London pootling.

Shes 5ft tall

Budget £150

Anyone got anything in the shed??

I've got a 15" Specialised Hardrock Sport and a 14" Saracen Xess in the workshop at the moment.
They should be ready midweek for around your budget. I can fit either of them with road tyres too if required.
I can supply pics when they're done ;-)
