How does a Cannondale R1000 grab you?
Not steel, polished alloy with those lovely smooth Cannondale welds, off the top of my head its a 55c-c st so probably good for your height.
It does take 650c wheels as it is a real TT/triathlon frame, alternatively my friend is selling a lo pro Gitane the same size (a bit more expensive though).
Got period Mavic bullhorns for sale as well.

i've got a primus viner up for sale, nice ss track bike front brake only, carbon deda aero forks, frame and forks retail at £900 all handmade, pace stem and handlebars, hope seatclamp. it has a small dent and a bit of chipped paint near the dent, but its nothing major.
