Just had a look and shimano sora 3x9 sti and shimano 9sp bar end shifters here.

PM me with prices on your various levers and I'll let you know which I'll take - looking like it might be preferring the Sora's becuse I can't find anything like the Cane Creek brake levers only I used to have up for sale anywhere to use the others - althogh I still think getting any road lever to modulate a pair of canti's might be the bigger challenge (although V-brakes might be easier, requiring less cable pull), but would be nice to use canti's on the frame.
