Wanted Stem for Raleigh Mirage/Massif

Hi there everyone,
I need a stem to fit a Raleigh mirage (a white one) or a Raleigh Massif. I'm trying to sort a mirage but the stem is a tricky size. I need on that has a 21mm diameter. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
