Wanted - Len Buttrey of Reading Lightweight

Can anyone help regards one of these please?

Len Buttrey ran a cycle shop in Reading's Oxford Road many moons ago when I was a cycle mad teenager and a member of his cycle club in Reading. He sold a number of his own frames and I would dearly love to own one. I know of one example but am hoping there are others still around. Size wise 21.5 - 23."
