I'm looking for a good old-school MTB to have a blast about the woods with some mates on. My flatmate rode to Bordeaux on £100 Cannondale m400 (bargain) last year and I fancy a go. Unfortunately I'm a bit particular so it's proving hard to find 'the one'.
Budget is £100-150 MAX and must be able to get the bike from London SE15, so local collection or postage is a necessity. I'm handy with bikes so general maintenance and re-commissioning isn't an issue but can't be 100 miles away from being ridable.
Show me what you got and i'll put some beer tokens in your pocket.
