Wanted: Bars, stem & Levers for conversion

It's geared alright for my neck-of-the-woods and light~ish.
700c tyres on the way with supporting tubes, just need a suitable (adjustable) stem and some drop bars along with either hood levers or Cyclo Cross style bar-end leavers.

So the shopping list is:
Road drop bars, (with or without hoods, levers),
Adjustable stem,
Gear levers with combined brake levers or old school bar-end gear levers.

Bars ar no name, STi are RSX probably 7 speed. stem is promax, bar tape is insulating!

Couple of other things:
1. Whilst 700c wheels and tyres may physically fit the frame, will the brakes reach the rim?
2. If using V brakes, you'll need some adaptor things (I've also got a pair of these).
3. Road STIs front gear cable pull is different to MTB cable pull, I had to fit road front mech, I've also got an RSX front mech with 28.6 mount kicking about.
