Wanted 90's or 80's touring frame

I'd like a winter hack bike frameset with headset preferably. It must be reynolds steel take cantilever brakes and 700c wheels. Please PM me anything so long as the frame and paint is in good condition. Something like an 80's dalesman or galaxy would be nice especially as my '09 galaxy seems quite generic by comparison.

I am 5' 10" and have a 33" inside leg but I was just looking for more of a frame to build up more of a project as I just have lots of spare components but certainly I'd be intrested. If you could upload pictures I mean I'm just looking for a steel bike because I don't like using my galaxy in winter but I don't want an ally framed one.
