Wanted 53-54cm frame or bike

A mate of mine wants to start cycling with us but he hasn't got a road bike :? and before anyone says it, he falls off far too often for me to lend him one of mine

Ideally looking to spend no more than £450 but could go a little higher and he'd prefer steel no other preferences so new or old is fine

I have a 52cm Rossi made from Columbus TSX and a Cinelli cast BB. A qualilty bit of kit as I bought it to rob the full Campag C Record gruppo from it for another project (your old Tomassini infact!). I can email a pic of the frame if your interested.
