Wanted 16" Orange complete bike

Wanted. retro Orange 16" complete bike, good condition. Does not need to be mint as i want to use it. anything considered for the right money. Clockwork, Prestige, P7, Aluminuim O or Vit t.

I've been looking at that, but think it may be too big. Been thinking of a old orange for a while to go with my newer oranges so am not in a rush. I have been looking around the site at all the builds including yours which has got me wanting to buy again i'll keep my eye out

It's a funny size actually - 15" from the bottom bracket to the centre of the top-tube, but 17" to the top of the seat-tube. Orange called it a 17", but the standover and overall size is slightly smaller IMO.

My girlfriend is 5'4", and was fine riding it - but the stem was a bit long for her. I'd say it would be suitable for someone up to about 5'9"ish.
But the best way to tell would be to try it.

I'm 5'7" and a 17" Clockwork fits like a glove.

BTW Orange didnt do a 16" to my knowledge, sizes are 15-17-19-21, as mentioned they are measured centre to top so are small for their size if that makes sense

Thanks for the info. I have a mate with a 17" clockwork in the garage, so i'll give it a spin. Im 5'6 and ride a 16" orange 5, but do seem to ride with my saddle higher than most. Must have long legs?
