Wanted 14 inch Kona frame-V brake circa 1998-2003

I'm looking to build up a small Kona for my son (he's a big 9) and am on the lookout for a small steel or aluminium Kona hardtail frame that I can refurbish. I figure 14 inch was the smallest 26 inch wheel frame size available. Could be tempted by a disc frame if of good quality.

Anything out there?
