Reporting the profile and saying they're a spam bot should usually do the trick as they can easily remove everything. mods get a "Spam" button on profiles that allows them to eradicate all their posts and then give them the banhammer.

Mods tend to remove stuff during human hours. I usually report a bunch of spam stuff at night when I'm on the prowl. As long as you don't interact with it or click on the URL's or text the phone numbers or send them nudie pics for extortion you should be grand.

Although show me yours, I'll show you mine does seem to be the Nigerian spammer's modus operandi, it's rarely of the intimate fleshy variety, but rather a steaming hot session of numerical exchange. It's a shame I know, because they seem so willing to get in touch.
