Yesterday on my ride to Zaandam I encountered a nearly identical Strada in black. Very Johnny Player Special Nice.

I just came across this having googled "Vittorio Dutch bike" as I had seen one listed somewhere. This is lovely and is another make to add to my list of Racefietsen that I need to have one day.
