Vintage track frameset with steel chainset & Cinelli Bar

Vintage steel track frame and forks 57cm with a nice steel chainset, Ambrosio Stem and Cinelli Mod Giro D'Italia bars.

Needs a clean up, a polish and a few cobwebs dusting off, £65 posted to the UK.

The bars are a bit scored on the Cinelli Logo, but the chainset looks like it'll polish up into a beauty!

TT length? Tubing...531? Seatpost diameter? Any idea of the builder? Take it the forks have round section blades ie track forks that are drilled to take a front brake? Drilled for rear brake? English BB thread? Dents or dings?
