Vintage Roy Thame for sale

Newbie here. Unfortunately I know nothing about bikes but have my late Grandad's Roy Thame road bike to sell on behalf of my mum. It is a restore project but is not in too bad condition. It also needs new inner tubes.
Here is what I know about it;

Steel frame
15 speed
Downtube shifters
Brookes narrow leather saddle
Cantilever brakes front & rear
Mudguards
Includes racks & panniers

Hopefully this will be of interest to someone. All offers considered. We are in Holmfirth, West Yorkshire.
