ya wear them like gloves...my toes are hammer shaped and squish together so keeping them seperate will at least give them air to breath near each other...thats the theory anyway...how the stack up in real life ...we shall see..

There must be some other point to them than non sweaty toes?

Im still not sure if i like them.
They remind me of wet suit shoe thingys.

They promote a more natural gait. The theory is that modern shoes/trainers have made us lazy, alot of muscles we once used for walking and running are underdeveloped. Using a barefoot shoe or indeed walking around without shoes can help develop these muscles. Even pains in the back/shoulders and neck are attributed to some peoples foot wear choice, especially habitual trainer wearers.

Theres a whole new topic about barefoot running too which is a bit of a controversial one.

ive had problems with wearing shoes for a long time..after an hour or so im desperate to take them off...when i had my ankle op a few years ago i had to wear a sandle on the foot for nearly two years ..i just dont get on with shoes very well so im hoping these will stop the pain..

Yep, I've a pair of KSO's and I love em. I use them as summer mooching shoes. Garden, playground, holiday that sort of thing. My wife hates them as they are pretty ugly, but they are so comfy. They are great for going in and out of the water and especially on rocky beaches. I wouldn't go running in the m but recently went for a 4/5 mile walk in the woods in them.

Great choice.

Oh how do trainers cause problems?

I see how they work, i guess as we evolved we would have gone barefoot which would allow the toes to splay as they wish.

Let us know how you get on.

I assume theyre fine for everyday use?

Oh and socks?

I couldn't see they picture before , what model are they, they look like mine but a little different.

No socks.

THAT is the downside. They get a little pungent, especially if you've been inane out of the water a day. I just wear them into the shower and wash them there. The smell doesn't stick like a pair of trainers worn without socks.

Does feel weird in the shower with nothing on apart from shoes
