vintage wheel,van schothorst 28in front wheel 1in and 5/8th.stainless wheel.spins fairly straigh and true,spokes look ok.bearing has a tiny bit of resistance when spinning.stainless is pitted but will polish outok.I would say usable but its used condition.12.99 posted uk. or local collection for 8 pounds.pics on auction watch.thanks tony.message me.
