Does anyone know of a good replacement for these rubber boots? The ones on ebay are either full sets with noodles or they aren't the correct shape, as far as I can see.

Shape doesn't really matter as all should be designed to fit over the end of a noodle. You can get packs of ten for less than £3 on ebay.
You could go down the avid route and instead of a boot, they use a tiny version instead. Does the sane job, depends if you like the look of the boot or cable between the brakes.
