Unknown Frame!

I see on your Facebook post lots of people say saracen but I dont think it is.
It screams of a generic Taiwan made (no bad thing) Aluminium frame.
The manitou forks are ok and it has a nice magura hs22 or Hs33 on the rear but looks to make like a lash up of random bits.
Probably worth £40-50 for the parts maybe

Yes definitely not a Saracen. As Coomber says it's a generic mass produced Taiwanese frame. Nothing wrong with that though. Lots of manufacturers badge them up for their low to mid range bikes.
I'm swayed towards it being a Claude Butler though or perhaps a Ribble or Merlin shop branded bike.
I've seen that triangular section down tube before, but I can't quite place it.

Looks like a good starting point for a nice bike, can see both Magura HS33 levers so could be both brakes are present, wheels are good makes, personally I would ditch the yellow stem and get something more subtle in silver or black.

It is a far east frame, that was indeed offered to dealers by Saracen.
This along with massive quantities, of Tioga Cube stems, Tioga D/H tyres, Tioga Saddles etc
these frames were offered from memory in either 98 or 99, along with the monocoque hardtail and full suspension frames in bundle deals unbranded from massive surplus of O/E stock being sold off. (Maxtrax, Recoil, Obsession etc) These were available in either red blue or yellow.
The trade price, if buying in quantity was about £50 each.
