sooooooooo, as always i was surfing ebay and found a local orange with some okay bits bolted to it. wasnt bolted together that well and was in need of some love but worth a punt. then i was outbid
spent a bit more than i'd liked but now its kinda finished was worth the extra pocket money spending.

pic of before, and yes the forks were bolted together wrong haha

forks rebuilt, frame carefully wire wooled/tfr'd down and re-clearcoated

then the thumby on riser discussion

and finished, bar decals, bottle cage bolts and a change of pedals and maybe swap the tyres for conti 1.5's or slicks? unsure what to actually do with it other than occasional ride, too many bikes.....

the parts bin is almost empty now with 2 bikes being built up, just a loada stuff to sell now and recoup some spends :|

what dya'll rek? never had an orange before, and never really intended on getting one but i like it. whats the ride to be expected like? feels quite stretched out considering ideally, the next size up is correct on paper and doesnt feel small at all :D

Looks lovely :D bu8t i for one would like to see the decals back on.
Otherwise lovely :D and i like Orange as much as i like Hope and Pace. Those three seem best together :?

decals have been ordered, just awaiting the phone call to pick them up. agree totally about pace, hope and now orange, look so right together

Looks sweet :)
As for what the ride is expected to be like, in my experience pretty damn sweet. My Prestige is my most comfortable ride - which reminds me, must get the paint sorted and rebuilt...
