Nice.
Scotty taught you the fine art of imploding on a message board well.
Carry on.

This view that most landlords are shisters with a huge revenue stock is rarely correct.

walk away from social housing and most landlords are one or two property landlords that having found money isn't safe in the banks or shares and with pensions in such a state they may not even exist when some do retire..they have ploughed their hard earned into a property for a return as a long term pension safeguard.

On this..if they get a crappy tennant wether it's dss or not..the cost to renovate can be a large slice of disposable income they may not have.

I know it's not pc to say but yes if I had properties to rent I would vere more to employed tenants than dss

There seems to be inbred of later years within brits that they are "entitled" to something whilst doing nothing to earn it and with that also comes a non taking of responsibility when something does hit the fan...even more so the british courts facsination with the offender being the victim whilst the true victim is often forgotten.

Landlording aint as profitable or as nice as it used to be

Correct. We held onto our house when we moved as it will be some form of pension. We make very little money from it, if any, as we still have to look after it.

Unfortunately IDB1, my wife can also back up the claim that there are lots of big tvs/consoles/laptops/mobile in the houses that have been mentioned. She is a family outreach worker and despairs of the choices these people take - an example - a family couldn't afford 'proper food' as has been recommended for their children but smoked all day long and went and got two Subway rolls for lunch!!! It does happen IDB1.

Oh yes, and shouting out people as paedophiles doesn't add any credence to your argument either.

How come this bitch fest hasn't been locked?.

I'm genuinely embarassed to be a part of this site.

Neither politics nor religion has any business in here. There are plenty of places to argue both ad infinitum on the intrawebs.

Many benefits are taxed at source. The 'scroungers' are paying tax as well.

Of course they are, I get a p60 every year saying how much tax my benefits have paid, and before anyone starts kicking off, up till five years ago I had taken a total of four days off sick in 17 years of working full time including HM Armed forces which included gulf war 1,

But what the shrinks think is I never got over ptsd from getting the wrong end of the stick with a bunch of thugs I actually knew, the cops stuffed up the investigation so badly the judge at Crown court admonished them for it and the copper investigating even apologised to me for his performance.

I tried, I tried to carry on as nothing had happened, but it didn't work, my redundancy was a kind action.

But of those that sit pretty looking down on the hardship others experience, know one thing, what goes around comes around, no one is safe from hardship and ill health, but if you get to that situation I really do hope you remember the bile and scorn you spewed on others.

I'm out... was a reasonable discussion while it stayed in the UK..

I think you have shown very little to be proud of there mate.

Your posts belong on a site with an average age of 12, not 30 odds.

I rarely take the time to remark on what someone posts but this is the second time lately you have decided you are entitled to spew forth a barriage of complete unadulterated shite.

You may well be mates with some ex members, but that does not entitle you to infect the site with the same bile.
