Only the one rider now the SAB is sold (and it's non retro  ). Frankenshite is getting yet another make-over prior to its winter hack duties. The Ibis is still in the post and I've got a few bits for it but have put a stop to spending for now. The PACE is ridable but waiting on a few bits (cable guides, decals, seat binder) to finish. The Mrs has her Specialized but its too small for me so I don't class it as a rider. I have a box of bits labled 1989 Saracen Project but as i still have yet to find a frame that is another non rider too. On top of this I have 5 cars that are non runners at the moment all needing work to finish. But whats the rush? I'm happy!
Cannot imagine not having something to build up- would drive me mad.

If you'd asked a month ago the answer would have been different......but after some extensive tinkering and fettling they are all now rideable and 95-99% how I want them.............how long 'til I get bored and the next project arrives

1 Build in progress (modern), 4 frame & forks sets awaiting build, 1 modern sus frame stripped for sale. And 8 rides serviceable, fully rigid through to 6" full suspension rides. All lubed up and ready to roll. Every Build to date is a rider, no wall art here (yet?) and I've said it before, frames are cheap ;)

Damn damn I never should have started the list, I really need to watch my habit, possibly even sell some stuff.

As for riding, probably 4 out of the serviceable bikes do 90% of my riding, 2 of them retro frames with mixed builds. I do get a lot of kicks from the other 10% and enjoy them very much. There's something very rewarding about completing a dedicated niche "tool" with parts picked for the purpose.

Enjoy

Pretty much as in my sig, i have two riding and two frames/projects, won't count the Trek as that's dead (look's good though  ) i have the LTS as 98% done but it's really just cosmetic stuff, i use the E3 every day for commuting and occasionaly the LTS, the AMP will take a while as i'm choosy about what bits are going on it, the Sunn is a nice thing but will probably get to that in the spring, really done spending for now as i need to get my car and house sorted

I'm like Dr S though, i'll allways have a project on the go :)

One finished and a rider, another coming together (maybe finished next week!) and another not started.

peugeot team road bike for commuting is the only rideable bike ive got atm other than one of my giants which i dont count.

one of my konas needs ss kit spacers realigned but i havent got a chain whip.

Sunn is in bits and will be for sale soon/is for sale.

Cannondales just a frame atm

All of my retro steeds are in bits, with some in more bits than others.

Szazbo is nearest to completion (post hopefully arriving tomorrow, and saddle somewhere over the Atlantic). The Funk and Ellison are pretty close, though they have both been a bit of a labour to get the bits. Still need a few, and I'm having to constantly modify my plans.

Contemplating a re-powder on the FRO otherwise that would be ready to build.

The other 5 are pretty much in total bits, though I'm going to put the bontrager back to it's 89 mashup build
