Tyres, new or old, Halo? for Speccy FSR

Ok so this is the last thing I urgently need for my 1995 specialized FSR.

at the moment I have :-

One Ritchey vadar.

One hutchinson

I really only want to spend £20 max.

So what are my options for a good alround tyre?.

Would like white, but probably out of my price range right now!.

Was also thinking Halo's?

are they any good?.

I ride mostly sandy/woodland conditions

actually looking for a cheap pair of tyres myself, think im gonna order a pair of the last ones and see if the side walls will be upto running a tubeless setup, if not i can bung em on the bike i'm building for my sisters boyfriend.
