In need of a tyre guru i think... these things are more complicated than i first thought... what i want is a set of regular tread tyres for tarmac and bridal path use... however.. i notice upon doing so that a lot of the time the wheels and tyres end up looking too small for the bike... specially compared to what a mtb tyre would look like.

How do i keep the bigger fat tyre look when switching... how big can i go.. how small is too small.. etc... i currently have 26 x 2.10 knobblies.. would these still keep the big tyre appearance... >>>>>>> http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Halo-Twin-Rai ... 2a20787c7a

And yes.. i want white walls for my little project ...lol.

Yep. Here's what they look like in White with Black walls.

Is that the same make tyre... are they ok... cheers for the pic btw.. if they are gonna look like that size wise i will spring for some.

Yep Halo Twin Rails.

They're OK, lots of colours and quite popular too, they're recommended a lot around t'internet.

I did fall off using these tyres on tarmac coming down Gun Hill at 30mph, I blame the cow poo though, not the tyres.

Cheaper listing... 8)

Not when you choose white wall, they seem to be more expensive than any of the others.
