trying to convert to a cruiser

does anyone here have any experience with attaching fenders if the frame / fork do not have any eyelets?

follow up question: if there are no eyelets - is there any way to attach a rear pannier?

thanks! I assume that this is safe to use with titanium? (I know that carbon is too brittle for it)

Yes, fine! Carbon is only a problem because the tubes aren't engineered to resist crush loads.

There are also rear racks designed to mount to the rear axel - tubus sells them. The benefit of this style over p clamps is that they can handle more weight. Personally, I wouldn't waste a ti frame on a cruiser - lots of good steel frames with eyelets already on them that work just fine - maybe better. I want to put together a porteur style bike with an old 80's mountain bike if the right one comes along.
