trail recommendations in wales?

Hey guys. so next weekend my dad and I will be heading up to Snowdonia area (Tanygrisiau) and will be taking the bikes to enjoy a bit of cycling. Does anyone have any suggestions for nice trails to ride around the area?

Please bear in mind my dad isn't a fan of the off road and will probably be taking his old saracen hybrid so not looking at off road mountain biking, more forgiving scenic trails. Have found the Mawddach trail which is nearby and will be doing that but wondered if there were any others within the Snowdonia area. I know the marin trail (one I really want to go on) and coed y brenin which I would love to ride but have to think about my dad who just wants a nice gentle ride for exploring the area.
