Tonight I shall be drinking mostly.....

Ha..didn't know d''Arenberg made something called The Stump Jump, how is it?
Hova...sorry to hear about the little'un. I havn't tried Dominus wines...American stuff over here just gets way expensive to the point that you may a s well buy the real stuff...Bordeaux :D

The Tignanello was good, well very good of course, but I prefer wines that reflect their region and Tig. tastes llike fine Bordeaux.

The stars were the Flaccionello (very big and expressive, maybe too much oak) and the Cepparello, but I always love Cepp, such an quietly powerful wine.

Cote Roties? Not my bag really...too angular, too mean, too expensive. I have decided the Rhone is not my favourite place.

Next tasting we plan to concentrate on Alsace with some Deiss, Zind Humbrecht and Ostertag 8)

Oh - I love Alsace wines - always bring some back from France - will you be posting your recommendations?

Last night was a bottle of Gruaud Larosse 2004.

Tonight will be a 2006 Newton Forrest Cornerstone Gimblett Gravels. Yummy!

Tonight, upon my return from the gym, I will be mostly drinking a 2003 Lebanese Clos De Cana.

Update - delicious! Unfortunately Mrs A feels the same!!
