Glenn Steward was (is?) an artist who drew many line drawings that appeared in the old 'Sporting Cyclist' magazine. In fact, I think he drew the first four cover illustrations when it was still known as 'Coureur' and funded by the editor, Jock Wadley. The illustration on your tub roll is probably based on a photo taken during the latter part of the race when Tommy was away on his own (with his pacer of course) and near Paris.
Not seen any similar commemorative items relating to Tommy's prowess. Was anything similar produced for his World Championship win?
