Today's good news story from me....

...... after a few months of unemployment, today I've been offered a lovely management position in Manufacturing again.......

Starting Monday.

Today is a happy day in the GT-Steve household.

Brilliant news, I am just coming to the end of my first week as a contractor after finally being made redundant 2 weeks back. Jobs good, the commute isn't. I stayed in a hotel locally last night as I could not face another 4am wake up and returning home at 8/9pm depending if the train lines up.

Week off for my sisters wedding next week tho

its always good, after years of working in a service station, taking some time out to be a uni student (and be very poor) I just landed a nice graduate job that I never thought I would that will pay more than I imagined I would ever get (give me a year or so to get settled [big move] and retro buying will ensue)
