I have a tnt ti rear hub thats in dire need of a service ,new bearings and possibly a new freehub.
The freehub according to bikepro is a shimano ultegra
The driveside bearings have the Japan then SKS then 7R6[the 7 is slightly different to the English font but still looks like a 7 :?]
The non drive bearings have no japan or sks markings only the number R6Z

Does anyone have a manual to this hub ?
Even an exploded diagram or detailed explanation from having serviced one themselves.

I'm not sure if this would be of any help to you, but I have this cool tool called a freehub buddy which allows you to power flush the freehub and repack with grease without taking it appart. I use it on all my older SHimano m732 hubs and on some newer XTR hubs.

Thanks 8)
But i prefer to strip things down completely.Lets you know its all ok internally.

They look very similar to the Nuke Proof hubs that I had bitd.

The freehub body was a Shimano one, but the bearing race had been replaced by Nuke Proof so that a cartridge bearing could be fitted. As I never dismantled them I can't say if they'll come apart the same way, but the freehub buddy should work OK.

Not much help I'm afraid. :?
