Titanium? Handlebars

Possibly come in possession of a set of titanium handlebars, not magnetic and too thin to be aluminum.There seems to be some staining that looked like rust, see photos, though probably from something that was clamped to the bars, there's also two holes drilled at each end. Any insight would be appreciated, thanks.

They do look titanium and they have holes for mounting a particular type of bar end like those used by U.S.E.
The only brand I know of with these features I think was Zero Gravity - one of half a dozen Brit’ companies who made parts from ‘commercially-pure’ Ti.
