Its a different one isnt it Kestonian? Yours had a Nuke proof hub didn't it? Hole is pretty similar though...

You're right ... hole is in exactly the same position!

But the rim is a CD and mine wasn't.

The hole is there to make it easier to pump up the tyre with the provided Tioga adaptor. Mine has it too.
