I do have one Odyssey U4 Titanium brake booster if you're interested (unfortunately only one).
As far as Allen key skewers go, there's a ton of those on e-bay for cheap prices, I have two sets of those and they work fine (I know they're Chinese but who cares).

It's gonna be hard finding a GT titanium BB, they are quite rare.
Riser Titanium bars exist, for example White Brothers, but they are
super heavy. Are these parts for your Xizang?

Annoying thing is there was one of those bb's on here recently, my xizang Is long gone unfortunately. This Is to lighten my zaskar, maybe if that's the case then some carbon risers are the way to go. There's always plenty easton ones on eBay

Very nice and pretty rare set of Ti Magura Riser bars, far lighter than the White Bros and in great condition with logos

Also a nice matching Titec Stem, will need to check measurements

No sorry - they are on the airborne and getting used !

I have a 100% mint Titec though, fresh bead blast with new TI bolts throughout - only reason I didn't mention it is because it is two bolt.
