If the picture colour is true to life, then this is a 1994 fork. The 1995 P2 also had an orange flash just like that, but was more of a bronze colour, whereas 1994 was silver. 1994 was the first year when P2s were 41cm a-c, so it will fit the Kona geometry for any year from 1994 onwards.
The weight quoted in your other thread establishes that it is a so-called triple-butted fork. Three thicknesses, two butts somehow equates to triple-butted. Marketing men, huh?
The 180mm steerer fits a 15cm head tube with an Impact headset, which has a lower stack height than many other types such as the King you mentioned. Thus this fork would fit a size 20 Kona frame with an Impact, but not with a King. It could be cut down to fit a size 19 with 13cm head tube, but it would need to be cut down and re-threaded to fit anything smaller.
