Thinking of Front Suspension for '94 Kilauea

RC35's are elastomer based and offer around 50mm travel (if i recall correctly)

For your 94 model i'd go for either a RC35 or RC36. The 94 kileau is the white one yes? in which case id be tempted to go for a set of 1998 RC36 proclass with gold stanchions....they would just look super cool with the white frame.

Don't really want more than 50mm travel anyway so they sound about right

The bike's Silver, only ever seen re-sprayed white ones !

Silver was the standard colour in 1994, white was available only as an option that year. Then white became the standard colour for the 1995 Killer, which was otherwise very similar to the 1994.

I think Pace would be a good choice, although RS Judys is another option and both would look good IMO. The RC35 was a shorter fork than the RC36 (which had 70mm travel), so the RC35 would disturb the intended geometry less than the RC36, but clearly the RC36 was functionally superior - it was a coil-sprung fork, but quite light weight at 3.7lbs, owing to the carbon lowers. Manufacturing quality was notoriously patchy and lots of people have horror stories to tell, but I guess the ones that have survived this long must be the ones they made before lunch and could be a good bet, as the basic design was the best in the business.

Not impossible, just depends how period-correct you want to be. This is a 97 bike and so are the Manitou SX-R forks. Theoretically they have 63mm travel, but realistically more like 40-50, but they do keep the geometry ok.

Don't know what those blue ones are, they look a lot later, despite the rubber boots on there, and I personally think they're unworthy of your Kilauea. Obviously early Z2s would be great, but they didn't come out until 97. I still think that Pace would be good myself.
