Offered him 4.5 K but no luck, so I am out

Why is this bike worth so much? I just don't see it.

I am not living very far from him. So I asked if I could visit to see the bike. This is quite a challenge, in his add he says it is not a problem but by mail he is not so open...

it's not possible to see the bike, interesting. He is mentioning the opposite on Ebay.

He is not going to sell, I don't trust it at all.

I would report this to eBay. Mind you they probably aren't interested.
