Cool thread . I have been looking for a suitable quill stem for ages. I have a set of WTB dirt drops but no stem . Would love a salsa p10 if anyone has one sitting around doing nothing .

Anyway this has been my favourite inspiration thread for drop bar bikes check it out and run the slide show. Some nice bikes on here :

Have you actually ridden a bike wth drops on? If you like road bikes, a fast blast on a fire road on an MTB with drops puts a smile on my face at least.

Gives you loads of hand positions and the strength of current bars shouldnt give anybody worries about climbing
